Due to the Anusara training cancellations in Silverton Colorado, this schedule underwent drastic revision. It was a momentary struggle with disappointment until I began to see it as an opportunity…
As fall approached it seemed like a time to settle for the winter in the little mecca of consciousness called Marin. I’m still trying to find my yoga, my artistic expression, my community of friends, my voice in my job and my contribution, but the place feels good.

Hello, Valentine.
I’ve just updated myself on your blog. It made me realize just how much I love and miss you. I’m excited for your journey and will soon have more time to stand close by you on your way. I too am embarking on a journey and hope that you too will stand close by me. YOU make me a stronger woman. I am always amazed by you and filled with gratitude to have the privilege to call you my dear friend.
